Andy Budiman was born in Jakarta on February 28, 1980. He pursued his education in the United States, earning a Bachelor's degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
With a career spanning several years at KG, Andy has demonstrated exceptional dedication and expertise in various roles within the organization. He commenced his journey at KG on January 15, 2003, as a Research and Development Staff in the Print Research Department. Over the years, he steadily advanced in his career, taking on roles such as Quality and Occupational Health and Safety Staff, Deputy Production Manager, Acting Head of the Printing Department, Deputy General Manager of Production, and Deputy Group Director of Business within the Group of Printing.
In November 2015, he transitioned to the Digital Group, initially serving as the Vice Director and subsequently taking on the role of Director. Since August 1, 2018, Andy has held the esteemed position of CEO at KG Media, where he continues to lead the organization with vision and innovation.

Rosianna M Silalahi, born in Pangkal Pinang on September 26, 1972, is a distinguished figure in the field of television news and journalism, known for her dedication and wealth of experience. Rosi's academic journey commenced with a Bachelor's degree in the Department of Japanese Literature from the Faculty of Literature at Universitas Indonesia (UI). Rosi is a graduate of Japanese Literature at the University of Indonesia, and also received a study scholarship from the United Kingdom for the "Transition to Democracy" program.
Rosi is also known as an interviewer of heads of state on various occasions, such as former United States President Jimmy Carter, Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew, and the President of Iran, Ahmadinejad. Rosi was also one of the 6 (six) Asia Pacific journalists who were invited to the event in the White House to interview President Bush after the World Trade Center tragedy in 2002.

During this time, Moris was involved in developing digital business strategies for Tribunnews.com news sites. in 2018, he held the role of Digital & Print Sales Director at KG Media, where he was responsible for digital and print sales for various media owned by Kompas Gramedia.
Moris Rusmanto then filled the position of Asst. Vice President Sales at KG Media from April 2022 to June 30, 2022. And in the same year, he was promoted to Chief Revenue Officer, which is a strategic position in managing the company's revenue. In addition to serving as Chief Revenue Officer, he held the position of Digital Sales Director at KG Media, indicating his increased responsibility in managing the company's digital sales and revenue.

During this period, Mas Gemi was involved in developing digital marketing strategies for various entities under the umbrella of Kompas Gramedia.
In 2018, Dian Gemiano was promoted to Chief Marketing Officer at KG Media. As Chief Marketing Officer, he has responsibility for the development of a broader marketing strategy for media owned by Kompas Gramedia. Markus Gunawan, a Jakarta native born on October 27, 1986, embarked on his academic journey at the University of Indonesia, culminating in an S1 degree in Industrial Engineering. Lukminto Wibowo was born in Bogor, June 27, 1971. He completed his higher education at Gajah Mada University in Yogyakarta with an S1 degree in Management Economics, and also earned a D3 degree in Development Management Economics from the same university.
Lukminto Wibowo joined Kompas Gramedia since 1999, and during his career at Kompas Gramedia, Lukminto Wibowo has filled a variety of different positions,demonstrating his commitment in the media industry. Starting with serving as Marketing Executive of Kompas from 1999 to 2001, then moved to become a supervisor in the same division from 2001 to 2003. In 2004, he served as Branch Sales Manager of Kompas, then in 2007 he joined the Marketing Communication Manager team and continued as Event Manager of Kompas in 2012.
Now, he serves in two different positions, namely as General Manager Event Kompas since 2016 and as Kompas Commercial Director since 2020. This makes Lukminto Wibowo have a wide range of professional experience in various aspects of management, marketing, communication, and event management.
J Dhanang Cahyo Radityo, born in Semarang on August 19, 1976, is a highly accomplished professional with a strong background in management and media.

Since September 2022, J Dhanang Cahyo Radityo has held the esteemed position of Managing Director of Grid Network, where he plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the operations of the network. Devie Emza or commonly known as mas Devie, born in Jakarta, December 30, 1978 earned his bachelor's degree in Communication Science from Prof. Dr. Moestopo University in Jakarta. He has been working at Kompas Gramedia since 2011, when he joined as Sales 1 Manager Digital. During his time at the company, mas Devie had a number of important roles in the sales and digital marketing departments, including being Marketing Communication Manager, Sales Manager, and Vice GM Digital Advertising.
In 2016, Devie Emza has served as General Manager Kompas.com Sales, where he has a leading role in managing ad sales and marketing strategy for Kompas.com digital platforms. he has also filled the position of Sales Deputy Director of Kompas.com & Grid Network from 2019 to 2022, before assuming the position of Digital Sales Vice Director on September 1, 2022. He is an experienced leader in the digital media industry, who has been instrumental in the development and success of Kompas.com in the digital world.
Andreas Tirtarianto, born on November 8, 1987, in Bandung, completed his academic journey with an S1 degree in Accounting Economics from Parahyangan University. Throughout his tenure at Kompas Gramedia, Andreas has showcased his proficiency in finance and accounting across a spectrum of pivotal roles.
Commencing as the Accounting Manager Area 1 Corporate Comptroller from April 21, 2014, to July 31, 2016, he laid the groundwork for his subsequent ascent. Progressing steadily, Andreas assumed the role of Financial Management Reporting & Accounting Manager Corporate Comptroller from August 1, 2016, to February 28, 2018, before further elevating to the position of GM Accounting, Tax & Financial System Corporate Comptroller, where he oversaw critical financial operations from March 1, 2018, to September 30, 2020. Concurrently, he held the position of GM Finance & Accounting Media at KG Media from August 1, 2018, to June 30, 2022, while also serving as Asst Vice Operation from August 1, 2018, to August 31, 2020.

Novy is a professional with a strong background in the media and sales industry. She was born in Pontianak on November 8, 1982. She then started her career at Kompas Gramedia since 2021, and was served as Vice Director Sales of KompasTV. During her tenure in this position, Novy had an important role in managing and developing sales strategies for KompasTV.
In 2023, she was promoted to SalesTV Director of KompasTV, where she took greater control in directing the TV sales department at Kompas Gramedia, where she was responsible for developing effective and sustainable sales strategies for programs and advertisements on the TV station. Novy is an experienced leader in the media and sales industry, who continues to contribute in driving sales and marketing strategies at KompasTV.
Gizella Kadarwati or commonly known as mba Gizel was born on May 17, 1966 in Salatiga. She pursued formal education and earned an S1 degree in Psychology at Gajah Mada University in Yogyakarta.
During her career since 1992 at Kompas Gramedia, Gizella has taken on various roles that show her commitment and leadership in the field of human resource management. Starting as PDSM print staff from 1992 to 2000, continued as Head of Recruitment and Deployment Department and Training from 2000 to 2003, then she served as Head of Compensation and Health for three years, and became Manager of PDSM & General Printing Cikarang since 2004.
She then continued her career in Human Resources, where from 2009 to 2014, she served as Human Resources Development Manager, and two years later she became Vice General Manager HR Group of Printing. Her career continued from 2016 to 2018, where she served as General Manager HR & General Affairs of GoTV, and also served as Human Resources Media Vice Director for one year.
Now, Gizella Kadarwati serves in two different positions, namely, as General Manager HR & General Affairs Broadcast since 2018 and as Human Resources Media Director since 2019. Gizella Kadarwati's experiences make her a professional in the field of human resource management.
Novi Eastiyanto, born in Cilacap, November 8, 1976. He has a strong educational background, with a Bachelor's degree in Planning Engineering from Diponegoro University and a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the 10 November Institute of Technology in Surabaya.
His career at Kompas Gramedia began in 2001, when he worked as an Account Executive. Over the course of his career, he filled various roles within the advertising and marketing departments, Deputy Ad Manager, and Ad Manager in various regions.
He also has experience in management as Front Officer Manager before being selected as Adv. Marketing Manager. In 2018, Novi was promoted as GM Digital & Print Marketing at KG Media, and since 2022, he has served as Kompas Commercial Vice Director, which is a strategic position in managing the commercial aspects of the company.
Miftahun Nimah, born on August 13, 1973, in Yogyakarta, concluded her formal education with an S1 degree in Social and Political Sciences from Gajah Mada University. Throughout her tenure at Kompas Gramedia, Miftahun Nimah has showcased her competence across various fields through a succession of pivotal roles.
Beginning as a Magazine Research Staff in R&D from October 1, 1997, to June 30, 2007, she laid the groundwork for her multifaceted career. Progressing steadily, she assumed roles such as Acting Divison Headi Implementation & Data Processing from July 1, 2007, to January 31, 2008, and Acting Division Head Planning Magazine from February 1, 2008, to June 30, 2008, demonstrating her adaptability and leadership capabilities. Miftahun further honed her skills as the Planning Superintendent Group of Magazine from July 1, 2008, to May 14, 2010, before transitioning to the role of Staff to Group Director, Group of Magazine, from May 15, 2010, to January 31, 2012. As her career evolved, she assumed roles of increasing responsibility, serving as Strategic Management Office Manager from February 1, 2012, to October 31, 2018, and subsequently as Vice GM Strategy Management from August 1, 2018, to January 31, 2022.
Currently, Miftahun Nimah holds the pivotal role of GM Strategy Management, leveraging her extensive experience in business management and strategy within the esteemed realm of Kompas Gramedia. As of July 1, 2022, she has also taken on the responsibilities of Vice President Operation, further solidifying her influential presence within the organization.
Prisilla Yuliana was born in Jakarta, January 24, 1975. She pursued her formal education and earned an S1 degree in Accounting Economics from Atma Jaya University in Jakarta. In 1997, Prisilla has been active and became part of Kompas Gramedia, by filling various positions that showed her competence in finance and management.
Started as Budget Staff since 1997, then became Budget Staff Coordinator in 2001, and moved to Deputy Head of Finance in 2007. Then in the following year, Prisilla Yuliana served as Fund Comptrolling Manager until 2012. And continued her career by serving as Budget Controlling Manager Corporate Finance and Budget Management Accounting Manager. then she was promoted to General Manager Finance from April 2018 to November 2018.
Prisilla Yuliana has served as General Manager of Finance Broadcast since 2018, and she has also served as Broadcast Operation Vice Director since 2022. Prisilla Yuliana's experiences make her an experienced professional in financial management and has an important role in the company.
Hadrianus Tjiptyantoro is a professional born in Cilacap, September 3, 1968. He pursued his higher education at Sanata Dharma University in Yogyakarta earning a bachelor's degree in Accounting Economics. He joined Kompas Gramedia since 1994, as Financial Auditor. During the course of his career, mas Hadrian filled various roles in the finance and audit departments of corporate newspapers.
Then he continued his career by serving as Finance Manager of Persda from 2004 to 2008. After that, Hadrianus Tjiptyantoro took an important role as the Head of the East Tribun Persda Company from 2008 to 2022.

Haryo Damardono was born in Jakarta, on 1st Agustus 1979. He pursued his formal education and earned an S1 degree in Jakarta from University Indonesia in 2002. Haryo has joined Kompas Daily since August 2003, Haryo has undertaken various assignments. During the first three years, he was placed in various cities in Indonesia starting from Semarang, Solo, Cirebon and Pontianak. He also flew to Aceh (2005), Nias (2005) and Padang (2009) for tsunami and earthquake issues.
After being withdrawn to Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia, Haryo was assigned to the economic desk, investigative desk, political and law desk, multimedia desk, then appointed as deputy editor of the regional desk (February-October 2017).
In 2017 Haryo served as Multimedia Editor (2017-2018), and Deputy National Editor (2017). In 2018, Haryo won the Adinegoro Award, which is the highest award for journalists in Indonesia. Coincidentally, the Adinegoro Award was won for his article on kompas.id. This is the first prestigious award won by an article on kompas.id. Now, Haryo has become Deputy Managing Editor Kompas Newspaper since November 2018. Haryo is in charge both in the newspaper and digital.
Viliny Lesmana, born on June 11, 1975, in Medan, pursued her academic journey, culminating in an S1 degree in Communication Management from Padjadjaran University in Bandung. She demonstrated her communication skills and passion for media and joined Radio Sonora as a Radio Journalist and Broadcaster from 2001 to 2009. But, during that period, she has been assigned for various different roles such as Sonora Program Manager and Marketing Manager.
Subsequently, in November 2009, she was assigned a new job position as Station Manager at Raka Bandung and Sonora Bandung Radio Station until July 31, 2016. During her job assignment in Bandung, she managed to get her master degree in Management at School of Business and Management Bandung Technology Institute. And before she left Bandung and moved to Jakarta for a new assignment at KG Advertising, as staff to director, she launched a Book, titled “Life on Radio”, as a legacy.
Currently, she holds the esteemed position of KG Radio Network Vice Director (33 Radio Network throughout Indonesia), underscoring her talent and experience in the media and entertainment industry within Kompas Gramedia.
Harry Kristianto, born on June 2, 1974, in Sukabumi, brings a wealth of experience and dedication to his role as a member of the Board of Directors at KG Media. Graduating with a degree in Management Economics from Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana in Salatiga.
Harry commenced his journey with KG Media on June 19, 1997, as an Account Executive for the company's magazine division. Over the years, he ascended through various roles within the organization, showcasing his prowess in media management and business development. From his tenure as Assistant Manager of Business Development to his roles as Business Manager and General Manager across different magazine groups, Harry demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision.
His contributions further expanded as he took on the responsibilities of Deputy General Manager and eventually General Manager, overseeing diverse interests within the automotive and general publishing sectors. In his latest role as Assistant Vice President of Entertainment News until August 31, 2022, Harry exhibited his versatility and adaptability in navigating different facets of media. Currently serving as Deputy Managing Director of Grid Network since September 1, 2022, Harry continues to steer KG Media towards greater heights with his profound industry insights and steadfast leadership.
Titis Nurdiana, born in Bojonegoro on November 28, 1972, is a distinguished professional in the field of journalism and media, known for her dedication and extensive experience. Titis began her academic journey at Universitas Nasional in Jakarta, where she pursued a Bachelor's degree in English Literature. Her illustrious career within KG Media is closely associated with Kontan, where she has made significant contributions over the years. Titis's journey with Kontan began on December 1st, 1998, when she joined as a reporter.
Her dedication, commitment, and journalistic prowess led to successive promotions within the organization. On March 1, 2006, she served as a Compartment Editor at Kontan, where she played a crucial role in shaping the content of the publication. Her editorial skills and leadership abilities were further recognized, and on January 1, 2012, she contributed on the role of Daily Deputy Managing Editor of Kontan, contributing significantly to the editorial direction of the newspaper.
Since July 1, 2022, Titis Nurdiana has held the esteemed position of Vice Editor in Chief at Kontan, where she plays a pivotal role in guiding the editorial team and overseeing the content and direction of the publication.

Adi Prinantyo, born on November 6th, 1971, in Semarang, Central Java, boasts a rich career in journalism spanning over twenty years. He pursued his education in Social and Political Sciences, specializing in Communication Science, at Diponegoro University, Semarang.
Adi's commitment to excellence in journalism is underscored by his notable achievements, such as winning multiple Anti-Drugs Writing Competitions and the prestigious Adiwarta Sampoerna Award for Sports Feature Writing in 2006. His extensive coverage of significant events, including the Australia Embassy bombing in Jakarta and the catastrophic Tsunami in Nangroe Aceh Darussalam in 2004, highlights his versatility and unwavering dedication to the field.
Adi embarked on his journalistic journey in 2000 at KOMPAS Daily in Jakarta, where he has since been a steadfast contributor. Over the years, he has held diverse editorial roles, including Vice Editor of the Sport Desk and later Politics, Law, and Human Rights Desk. His dedication and proficiency led him to ascend to the position of Managing Editor until February 2024, when he transitioned to Deputy Editor in Chief.
Rumanus Cipta Wahyana was born in Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta on February 9, 1976. He is a professional who has spent his career in Media and Finance. He earned his degree in 1995 at the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia (UI), majoring in Accounting.
In 2012, he completed Business Mastery Class at Prasetiya Mulya Business School, and in 2014, he continued with People Mastery Class at the same institution. In addition, he also took the Strategic Performance Management Certificate Program from Kompas Gramedia.
His career has never been stagnant. Starting from Officer positions at Makro Indonesia and HSBC Securities in 1998-2000, he then switched to the media industry as a Reporter at KONTAN Weekly in 2000-2003. Successful as a reporter, he was then promoted to Editor in 2003-2006. And in 2006-2008, he served as Investment Desk Editor at KONTAN Weekly and Daily.
In 2009, he was appointed Managing Editor of KONTAN Daily, a position that shows how high his reputation is in the editorial circle. He maintained this position until 2012. In the midst of his busy schedule, he also became KONTAN's Champion Team Leader in 2012.
After that, he continued his career journey by serving as Managing Editor at KONTAN Digital from 2012-2015. In addition, he was also a member of Kompas Gramedia's Business Research Team from 2014 to 2019. He also showed his dedication as Commercial General Manager at KG Media, KONTAN's parent company, from 2015 to 2024.

Amir Sodikin is a Managing Editor at Kompas.com Company. Born in Ngawi, East Java, 1976. He joined Kompas in 2002 and has been in charge of Kompas.com since 2016.
He is interested in environmental issues, human interest, and information technology, as well as various experiments with technological approaches in the newsroom. He actively follows the development trend of mainstream mass media and new media.
He has a lot of experience in the media industry, starting from the Kompas Daily Multimedia Team, Kompas Daily Investigation “Focus” Team, Kompas Daily Kalimantan Regional Desk and Assignments for Kompas.com.
In addition to discussing his career, his undergraduate education in 2001 was Gadjah Mada University with the faculty of Environmental Science Biology. Then he continued his Masters at Paramadina University with a major in Political Communication in 2022.
Amir Sodikin has gone through a lot of experience in the media industry. As a teenager he was interested in global issues and also the technology development of the industrial revolution.
Yogi Arief Nugraha, born in Bandung on February 5, 1975, is an experienced professional in the field of communication and journalism. He completed his undergraduate education at Diponegoro University Semarang in 1998, with a degree in Communication Science. He continued his postgraduate studies at the University of Indonesia Jakarta, earning a degree in Communication Science with a focus on Media Management in 2003.
His career started as a reporter at www.detik.com from 1999 to 2002. he then joined RCTI, where he worked as a reporter until he became Executive Producer Editor from 2008 to 2010. After that, he served as News Manager at Kompas TV from 2011 to 2012, before becoming Vice GM News & Current Affairs at the same station from 2013 to 2014. Currently, he serves as Deputy Editor in Chief and GM News of Kompas TV.
He is also active in professional organizations. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the Indonesian Television Journalists Association (IJTI) for the period 2020-2025 and is involved in the central board of the Communication Scholars Association (ISKI). Previously, he served as the Head of the Student Association of the Communication Science Department at Diponegoro University.
